Job Overview

This position involves providing polite and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages along a designated route while ensuring all shipments meet Federal Express Canada’s service standards. The role also includes customer service duties related to these functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and pick up packages courteously and efficiently on assigned routes.
  • Verify shipments comply with Federal Express Canada service requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational credential.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and manage packages weighing as much as 150 lbs using appropriate tools.
  • Preferred: One year of customer-focused business experience.
  • Successful completion of mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training protocols.
  • Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask, manage stress, and perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and holidays as operational demands require.
