Role Overview

The position of Camp Coordinator is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. The individual will be responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of healthcare or awareness camps. This includes scheduling camps, managing logistics, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and materials, and preparing staff for each event. The coordinator acts as a liaison with schools, community groups, and partner organizations to clearly communicate camp goals and manage registrations and attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring participant safety and engagement throughout the event.
• Maintain attendance and other records, and prepare basic reports summarizing camp outcomes.
• Support educational sessions, particularly those involving health and wellness themes.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to deliver successful camp activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven skills in planning, organizing, and managing camps or similar events.
• Strong leadership abilities for supervising staff, volunteers, and participants.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, teams, and community partners.
• Experience in educational delivery, especially related to health or wellness content.
• Comfortable working with children in group or community settings.
• Possess a relevant bachelor's degree or diploma in education, social work, healthcare management, or related disciplines.
• Capable of on-site work in Jaipur, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and email for reporting and record-keeping.
• Experience in healthcare outreach, community engagement, or camp management is preferred.
