Role Overview

We are searching for a warm and enthusiastic Cake Shop Assistant to be the welcoming face of our pastry counter. In this role, you will greet guests with friendliness, assist in displaying and serving an array of cakes, pastries, and sweets, and ensure each guest departs happy.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests professionally and warmly.
• Present cakes and other baked goods carefully, maintaining attention to detail.
• Keep the display counter clean, organized, and visually attractive.
• Manage orders and payments, performing cashiering tasks.
• Provide support to the pastry and service teams during high-demand periods.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in cafés, bakeries, or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Possesses a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service abilities.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a positive attitude.
• Capability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Passionate about food, especially desserts and pastries.
• Neat and well-presented with keen attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
