Job Overview

As a Cake Decorator within our deli and bakery team, your primary focus is crafting high-quality bakery products to delight customers. You will actively engage with patrons at the service counter and efficiently stock incoming merchandise on the sales floor. Maintaining strict cleanliness and adhering to food safety regulations are essential components for success in this role.

Compensation Details

• The hourly wage ranges between $18 and $31, ensuring compliance with local minimum wage laws.
• In addition, performance incentives may be granted on an annual or quarterly basis.
• Additional premiums varying from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be applied depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work conditions, with the possibility of multiple premiums if criteria are met.

Work Schedule and Location

• This is a full-time position with available shifts during opening and morning hours.
• Location: Walmart Supercenter #618, 4166 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway, Hiram, GA 30141, USA.
