Role Overview

The Kitchen Leader position is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in the United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for supervising the daily kitchen activities, including the preparation and cooking of traditional mana’esh and various menu selections, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily kitchen operations, focusing on food preparation, cooking, and maintaining quality control.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols within the kitchen environment.
• Organize and coordinate kitchen staff schedules effectively to optimize workflow.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and maintaining high performance.
• Oversee inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with front-of-house personnel to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer feedback relating to food quality promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in food preparation and cooking, particularly with traditional or specialty cuisines.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork between kitchen and service staff.
• Customer-oriented approach to enhance guest satisfaction and handle food-related inquiries.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a kitchen setting is highly desirable.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining precision.
• Basic skills in inventory management and ordering are favorable.
• Readiness to work during flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
