Job Description

We invite a qualified CAFM Engineer to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing in urban planning projects. This position requires expertise in Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) along with project coordination skills to enhance infrastructure development.

  • Design, deploy, and manage CAFM platforms that facilitate urban planning and facility operations.
  • Collaborate closely with PMO teams to integrate facility management databases into urban planning projects effectively.
  • Interpret spatial data and produce detailed reports supporting urban development efforts.
  • Create and update technical manuals for CAFM processes and urban planning workflows.
  • Work alongside architects, planners, and project leads to enhance facility usage.
  • Track project schedules and deliverables ensuring adherence to urban planning codes and regulations.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance on CAFM applications, verifying data accuracy.
  • Offer technical assistance and training on CAFM software and best practices to colleagues.
  • Assess current facility management procedures and recommend system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Riyadh's municipal regulations and Saudi Arabian building codes.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with CAFM platforms like AutoCAD FM, Archibus, IBM TRIRIGA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of urban planning processes and facility management concepts.
  • Competence in GIS software and spatial analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting projects within PMO frameworks and applying project management methods.
  • Skilled in creating technical documentation and formal reporting.
  • Awareness of Saudi municipal planning rules and national construction standards.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical abilities in data modelling and system refinement.
  • Experience with implementation, testing, and training for CAFM systems.
  • Capability in managing databases and using data visualization software.
  • Understanding of sustainable facilities management and smart city technologies.
  • Knowledge of building construction and infrastructure development cycles.
  • Strong communication skills for documentation and presentation to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and resource allocation tools.
