Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen tools and equipment.
• Serve customers rapidly, attentively, and courteously.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene guidelines with accurate record-keeping.
• Implement FIFO (first in, first out) stock rotation to guarantee food freshness.
• Receive deliveries and manage safe food storage.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures diligently.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items as specified by the café standards.
• Ensure consistent availability and quality of all food products.
• Comprehensively know the café’s menu and serve items as intended.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Stay informed about business updates and new initiatives.
• Keep the café environment clean by clearing and sanitizing tables.

• Understanding of Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively while maintaining a clean work area.
