Role Overview

As a valued member of the café team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to every customer. Your day will involve preparing and serving food, engaging with customers warmly, and ensuring all operations meet health and safety standards. This dynamic position offers a lively environment with plenty of challenges, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within the company. We guarantee new team members at least 8 hours of work weekly and will provide a three-week advance notice for shift schedules. Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Deliver prompt and attentive customer service.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols, keeping accurate daily records.
• Implement first-in, first-out stock rotation to ensure freshness.
• Receive deliveries and manage safe food storage.
• Comply with all operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items as per standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality and availability.
• Master the café menu to serve items correctly.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and communicate with the Café Manager as necessary.
• Stay informed about business updates and new initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized café environment by clearing tables and cleaning.
