About the Role

Dessert Villa is seeking motivated cafe kitchen staff for our locations at CIDCO and Beed Bypass in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The role entails preparing a variety of desserts and beverages while maintaining kitchen hygiene and supporting food preparation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare desserts, shakes, waffles, sundaes, and other beverages strictly following the standard operating procedures.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and adhere to sanitation protocols.
• Support basic food preparation and the artful plating of dishes.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to delight customers.
• Manage kitchen stocks and ingredients efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior exposure to kitchen or café environments is preferred.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work setup.
• Exhibit teamwork and maintain a positive demeanor with colleagues.
• Dedicated to compliance with hygiene and SOP standards.
