We are seeking a committed Cafe Supervisor for a prominent High Street brand to oversee smooth operations on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify incoming deliveries promptly and ensure correct storage.
• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a supportive and welcoming work environment.
• Hold key holder responsibilities responsibly.
• Support weekly administrative bookwork and other essential tasks.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules in line with management guidance.
• Manage stock ordering to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Delegate tasks effectively, encouraging team proactivity at all times.
• Adhere strictly to Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
• Comply fully with Health and Safety regulations.
