About the Role

Join TeaMotion, one of India's fastest-growing premium tea brands, as a Cafe Staff member at our Triangular Park outlet in Kolkata. This role involves preparing and serving tea, beverages, and fast food in line with our quality standards, along with providing friendly and attentive customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea and other beverages, as well as fast food items, adhering to company standards.
• Greet customers warmly and offer excellent service to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage billing and process cash or POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet at all times.
• Restock inventory and support daily operational activities as required.
• Collaborate efficiently with team members to ensure smooth outlet functioning.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification: minimum completion of Class 10 or 12; higher academics are welcomed.
• Effective communication skills in Bengali; basic proficiency in Hindi or English is necessary.
• Must possess a positive attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.
• Previous experience in cafes, restaurants, or food service is advantageous but not compulsory as training is provided.
