Join the launch of a brand-new café located within Sainsburys Newcastle. This full-time position offers an annual salary of £34,000 and a five-day work week out of six possible days, totaling 40 hours weekly. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the freshly opened café, ensuring smooth and organized functioning.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated team committed to delivering excellent service.
• Maintain elevated standards of food quality, coffee preparation, and presentation.
• Manage inventory, monitor performance, and handle operational workflows efficiently.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the outset for patrons.
• Ensure consistent delivery of service by focusing on fine details.
• Uphold Health & Safety regulations rigorously at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing cafés, retail outlets, or fast-service food environments.
• Ability to lead by example as a hands-on manager, inspiring the team towards shared goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with both staff and customers.
• Highly organized and able to stay calm while managing pressure.
