Role Overview
Typically, a cabin crew member’s schedule involves being away from home for up to four days; however, based out of Perth, most shifts will allow you to return home on the same day with only occasional overnight trips. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or hotel work, as your experience in caring roles is highly valued.

Primary Duties
- Greet and assist passengers boarding and disembarking the aircraft.
- Deliver thorough safety demonstrations and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Provide outstanding service to all guests, including assisting passengers with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to unpredictable situations such as weather or delays with calmness and confidence.
Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Minimum three years of employment experience in roles focused on care or customer service, including part-time or full-time work.
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 18 months validity remaining.
- Hold or be willing to quickly acquire a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Hold or be willing to quickly obtain current Australian First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
- Physical ability to reach a height of 180 cm.
- Comfortable being around cats and dogs that may occasionally travel onboard.
