Role Overview
This position is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or hotel work. Opportunities are available on a full-time or part-time basis, allowing flexibility to suit different lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and bid farewell to passengers onboard aircraft.
- Provide thorough safety briefings and ensure compliance among all passengers.
- Deliver excellent service to all guests, including those requiring special assistance and unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to dynamic environments, meeting new people and visiting new locations regularly.
- Maintain composure and professionalism when facing challenges outside your control such as weather delays and emergencies.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- A minimum of three years’ cumulative experience in customer or care-centered roles, whether part-time or full-time.
- Possession of a valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Valid Australian First Aid and CPR certification.
- Willingness to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.
- Comfortable with the presence of animals such as cats and dogs that may be onboard.
- Physical capability to reach heights up to 180 cm.
