About the Role

Join Macquarie Group's Technology team that supports the Commodities and Global Markets business. We focus on modernizing our flagship global Trading, Risk, and Reporting technology platforms by leveraging cloud-native solutions, delivering scalability, resilience, and agility.

Job Responsibilities

You will be utilizing contemporary C++ programming methods to tackle complex engineering challenges. Collaborating with local and international colleagues, you will build strong partnerships to deliver innovative and scalable solutions powering active financial markets.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of professional C++ engineering experience within a Linux environment.
  • Experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining sophisticated software systems.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Understanding of financial market products and their technological implementations is advantageous.
