Key Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke services addressing all guest needs during their entire stay.
• Coordinate and oversee Butler Valets and ensure interdepartmental support aligns with guest expectations.
• Develop strong rapport with guests and anticipate their needs proactively, taking prompt action where feasible.
• Maintain a safe working environment adhering to company policies and quality standards.
• Uphold professional standards in uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking for extended periods, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent certification (G.E.D.).
• At least six months of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
• No supervisory experience or formal license required.
