Job Overview

The Butler role at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts involves delivering highly personalized service to guests, anticipating and fulfilling their various needs to ensure an exceptional stay experience. The position is non-management and located at the Mobor, Goa property.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored attention to guests by serving beverages on request, preparing new arrival notes, and communicating guest preferences across the hotel departments.
• Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to prepare VIP rooms, escort arrivals, verify room keys, and confirm that guest expectations are fully met.
• Attend to guests during check-in and ensure anticipatory service by responding to all butler flags from reservations, sales, and other sources.
• Liaise closely with Guest Services and Engineering to handle guest requests efficiently.
• Manage laundry services for guests by collecting, following up on delivery, and returning items promptly.
• Report safety hazards or incidents immediately to management and adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional, clean appearance and protect company confidentiality and assets.
• Engage warmly with all guests, including those with disabilities, using clear communication and professional telephone etiquette.
• Develop positive workplace relationships, contribute to team goals, and comply with quality assurance standards.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting/moving objects up to 25 pounds and standing or walking for prolonged periods during shifts.
• Fulfill additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related experience required.
• No supervisory experience or certifications necessary.
