Role Overview

As a Busser, your mission is to enhance customers' dining experience by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming dining areas. Your attentiveness helps create a lasting impression that encourages guests to return.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear and remove dishware and napkins post-meal, returning them to the kitchen efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors and chairs near dining spaces by sweeping and mopping.
• Ensure glassware, silverware, and dishware stock levels are adequately kept.
• Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and reset tables after each use.
• Refill condiments including salt and pepper at tables as needed.
• Support servers by assisting with food delivery when necessary.
• Keep service stations tidy and well stocked at all times.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks within the restaurant as required.

Qualifications and Standards

• A genuine interest in caring for others, along with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to meticulously clean tabletops, table legs, booth seats, and remove debris from floors throughout the restaurant.
• Physical stamina to carry plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 30 times per shift between dining room, bar, and kitchen.
• Continuous mobility and activity throughout the entire shift.

Physical Requirements

This position involves specific physical demands including navigating continuously throughout the venue, communicating with guests, lifting and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds, bending, and stooping. Good vision is required for cleanliness inspection and touchscreen operation. Reasonable accommodations are available for candidates with disabilities.
