This position is based in San Antonio, Texas and requires full-time onsite work.

Role Overview

The busser serves as a crucial support role within the establishment, ensuring guest comfort with efficiency and discretion, contributing to a smooth dining experience without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearing and wiping down dining tables promptly.
• Maintaining cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as necessary.
• Refilling condiment holders such as sugar caddies and salt and pepper shakers.
• Arranging dining room tables according to the floor plan.
• Assisting in the preparation and setup of private event spaces.
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
• Replenishing supplies at various service stations.
• Supporting servers in their duties when required.
• Helping dishwashing staff as needed.

Physical and Environmental Demands (ADA Information)

• Effective verbal communication and hearing ability.
• Visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception with ability to focus.
• Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods, up to eight hours.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently and lift up to 35 pounds regularly with occasional lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate evenings, holidays, and extended business hours.
• Exposure to mechanical heat and cold while performing duties.
• Working in environments with moderate to loud noise levels.
