Role Summary: Busser
Your primary role will be to ensure guests have a welcoming and hygienic dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove dishware and napkins from tables after customer meals and return items to the kitchen.
- Sweep and mop floors and chairs around dining areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as glassware, silverware, and dishware.
- Sanitize and reset tables promptly post-meal.
- Refill condiments like salt and pepper on tables.
- Support servers by delivering food when needed.
- Keep service stations clean and fully stocked at all times.
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks in the restaurant as assigned.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements
- Genuine interest in caring for others, self-development, and learning.
- Positive mindset and willingness to contribute.
- Capable of cleaning all tables and booths and removing debris from floors across the dining space.
- Frequent transportation of plates, glasses, and baskets within the restaurant (approximately 30 times per shift).
- Physical endurance to stay mobile throughout the shift.
Physically, the role requires:
- Continuous movement throughout the restaurant engaging with guests.
- Handling objects up to 5 pounds regularly and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Bending and stooping motions.
- Adequate vision for cleanliness inspection and touchscreen operations.
- Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
