Business Facilitator

Job Overview

The role involves functioning as a Business Facilitator stationed at a retail Apple store, primarily focused on facilitating consumer durable loan sales. The incumbent will guide customers through loan application processes and assist in financing their electronics and mobile phone purchases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Sales experience advantageous but not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English and the local language with strong communication skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential customers for Consumer Finance Loans at assigned dealerships or stores.
• Assist walk-in customers with loan application completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
• Comply with all process guidelines and policies, maintaining precision in financial transaction handling.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to provide exceptional service and support.
• Coordinate effectively with dealership or store staff to facilitate smooth operations.
• Support customers with credit and debit card services and actively promote additional financial products.
• Conduct follow-ups on overdue customers and liaise with the collections team for repayment coordination.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 19,000, exclusive of any Provident Fund benefits.
• Medical insurance coverage up to INR 200,000.
• Accidental insurance coverage up to INR 500,000.
