Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking Full-Time Field Sales Executives for the Revisit Process under Google Pay operations based in Bangalore. This role is within the Service Department and is focused on merchant reactivation rather than direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to shops for merchant onboarding activities.
- Reactivate Google Pay QR codes and Sound Boxes at merchant locations.
- Work with leads provided by the company to accomplish activation targets.
Experience & Eligibility
- Candidates should have between 6 months to 3 years of experience in any field sales role.

Interview Process
The interview will be held online via Google Meet.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹21,000 in hand plus PF and ESI benefits.
- Travel allowances provided.
- Incentive scheme offering up to ₹20,000 monthly based on performance.
- Daily activation target set at minimum 12; failure to meet target results in continuation the following day.
- Incentives range from ₹800 to ₹1,000 daily for 12 to 15 activations, paid weekly in addition to the monthly salary.
- Monthly salary credited on the 7th of each month.
