Store Executive

Role Overview

As a Store Executive stationed at an Apple store in Mumbai, you will facilitate consumer durable loan sales by assisting walk-in customers with financing options for electronics and mobile products. This role involves customer engagement, loan application support, compliance adherence, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and store staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source customers for Consumer Finance Loans at designated dealerships or stores.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications accurately and in a timely manner with all required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain transaction accuracy.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support throughout the loan process.
• Coordinate effectively with dealership or store personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
• Support customers with credit and debit card services while promoting related financial products effectively.
• Conduct follow-ups on overdue payments and work closely with the collections team to ensure repayments.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Prior experience in sales is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between INR 15,000 and INR 21,000 (approximate band, actual offer: INR 17,000 to INR 19,000).
• No Provident Fund benefits included.
• Medical insurance coverage up to INR 2,00,000.
• Accidental insurance coverage up to INR 5,00,000.
