Business Excellence Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager who can strategically enhance ongoing improvements, boost operational effectiveness, and sustain strong business performance. This role requires a thorough evaluation of business workflows to uncover areas for improvement, create performance measurement systems, and facilitate strategic projects across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor their progress.
• Optimize business workflows to ensure efficiency and support data-informed decision-making.
• Champion process standardization, governance, and organizational change initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and service quality.
• Develop and implement best practices that increase overall operational output and enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Possess a deep understanding of business processes, performance improvement, and strategic development.
• Show strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Be adept at analyzing business data and converting insights into practical action plans.
• Have familiarity with KPI systems, process visualization, continuous improvement techniques, and project management tools.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Exhibit organizational strengths, keen attention to detail, and a focus on achieving results.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, and business analytics platforms; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methods is advantageous.
