Job Overview
The role is a Sales Internship Program with an assurance of a job offer following the internship tenure. The position primarily involves promoting and cross-selling personal loan products through digital channels, collaborating with branch teams, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads by identifying potential customers using cold calling techniques.
- Effectively pitch and cross-sell Muthoot's personal loan and related products through telephonic communication.
- Support branch operations by assisting with daily loan documentation and preliminary Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
- Establish and nurture long-term professional relationships with customers by managing collections, interest renewal calls, and addressing client queries.
- Collaborate with branch managers to meet monthly business disbursal and lead generation goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduates from any discipline except B.Tech with a minimum score of 60% in graduation.
- Maximum age limit of 26 years.
- No specific skillset mandated; open to any candidates meeting eligibility.
Salary and Internship Details
- The internship duration is 1 year.
- Stipend structure during training:
- First 3 to 6 months: ₹14,000/month
- 7 to 12 months: ₹18,000/month
- Probation period (13 to 18 months): ₹27,000/month
- Post confirmation after 18 months: ₹33,333/month with a ₹1 lakh retention bonus based on performance.
- No bond or service contract required.

Selection Process
Applicants will be selected through a single physical personal interview round.
