About the Internship

This opportunity begins with a 6-month internship designed for fresh graduates who have completed degrees such as B.Com, BA, BBA, or BSc. Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 14,000 and a joining bonus of Rs. 6,000. Upon successful completion, interns earn a certificate under PMIS and are eligible for promotion to the Junior Relationship Executive role with a salary package between Rs. 18,000 and Rs. 22,000. Completion of the internship period is mandatory for this promotion.

Junior Relationship Executive Role

The Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) works primarily at their designated branch, managing sales and operations related to banking products such as gold loans, insurance products, and other smaller offerings. Key duties include identifying and engaging new clients, nurturing relationships with current customers, and targeting corporate sales for premium and high-net-worth individuals.
