Job Overview

The Mutual Fund Executive / Relationship Manager at Muthoot Finance is tasked with promoting and selling mutual fund schemes, bringing in new investors through company branches, sustaining client connections, and meeting investment goals while adhering to regulatory standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Market and sell mutual fund offerings to both new and existing customers.
• Develop leads by leveraging referrals, marketing campaigns, and direct customer engagement.
• Educate clients about different investment opportunities including SIPs, lump-sum options, and portfolio diversification.
• Organize and conduct investor education sessions and promotional events.
• Maintain ongoing communication to encourage additional investments and renewals from clients.
• Meet monthly targets related to SIP collections, Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with branch personnel and business partners to expand mutual fund business.
• Adhere strictly to all applicable regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; preference given to MBA, Finance graduates, or postgraduates in finance.
• Mandatory NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification; candidates without certification may also apply.
• Experience of 1 to 3 years in mutual funds, financial services, banking, NBFCs, insurance, or related sales fields.
• Fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
