Team and Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to become part of our expanding UKI team based in Dublin, collaborating closely with our EMEA accounts executive team. This position involves proactive outreach to prospective clients to establish productive relationships and support the sales pipeline. The role offers excellent cross-functional exposure across departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective customers and senior decision-makers.
- Effectively communicate Workday's technology and applications to position our solutions as superior alternatives to legacy systems.
- Generate new business leads by strategizing inbound calling campaigns and prospecting in enterprise-level companies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting, apprenticeships, or internships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Ability to clearly articulate the value and impact of technology solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of quickly building rapport and trust.
- Strong business insight with a passion for innovation to engage and inspire prospective clients.
- Highly motivated, persistent, detail-oriented, and accountable in all work tasks.

- Competitive base salary within the range of €36,400 to €54,600 EUR per annum.
