Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will ignite new customer journeys, generating vital sales pipelines essential for our expansion. Your role involves creative prospecting, building genuine relationships, and guiding potential clients through initial steps to success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive growth by identifying new business prospects for HiBob's expanding HRIS solution.
- Build and nurture relationships in critical markets to open new avenues for business.
- Initiate contact with potential clients to unlock new sales opportunities.
- Connect with prospects through various channels including calls, personalized emails, and attending live events.
- Identify decision-makers, evaluate their interest levels, and understand their timelines.
- Conduct in-depth research and account mapping to focus on high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop innovative outreach plans aimed at winning new business.
- Utilize advanced sales technology to identify market-ready prospects and maximize efficiency.
- Leverage automation tools to streamline processes and concentrate on high-impact tasks.
- Contribute feedback to enhance team strategies and marketing materials.
- Participate actively in a culture that promotes continuous learning and development.
Qualifications and Experience
No prior experience in technical sales is required. What matters most is bringing a positive attitude, relevant skills, and a strong eagerness to learn. HiBob will provide the necessary training to develop your potential.
