Business Development & Client Relations Executive

About the Role

We are a Dubai-based law firm seeking a motivated and polished Business Development & Client Relations Executive to forge new client connections and assist in daily client-oriented functions. The successful candidate will have a proven background in relationship-focused business growth, confidently represent the firm in professional and sector-specific forums, and effectively transform networking opportunities into new client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, approach, and nurture relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and professional outreach.
• Act as the firm’s representative at seminars, industry events, and professional gatherings to acquire qualified leads.
• Develop and sustain a robust professional network within pertinent business circles.
• Respond promptly and courteously to leads and inquiries, turning prospects into client engagements.
• Keep precise records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and development activities using the firm's CRM or tracking tools.
• Manage initial client onboarding tasks such as collecting and verifying documents.
• Assist with administrative duties including checking documents, filing, and correspondence when necessary.
• Coordinate with lawyers and internal teams to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new client matters.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics consistently.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business growth, client relations, sales, or similar client-facing roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail regarding documentation and client records.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in or legally permitted to work in Dubai, UAE.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Experience in legal, consulting, or professional services sectors is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
