About The Role
We are recruiting a Business Development Representative to expand our team based in Dublin. The ideal candidates will proactively engage with prospective clients across EMEA, collaborating closely with our account management team to drive new business opportunities. This position will offer exposure to various departments including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Your primary responsibility will involve using consultative sales techniques to build enduring relationships with potential customers and key executives. Success in this role depends on effectively positioning Workday’s innovative solutions versus legacy systems, educating the market about our technology, and generating leads through strategic outbound prospecting aimed at enterprise clients.
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in both Polish and English at an advanced level
- Minimum of one year’s experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting, or relevant internships
Additional preferences include:
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
- Strong ability to convey technology’s value proposition convincingly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the capacity to quickly build trust and rapport
- Strong business insight and enthusiasm for innovation to inspire client engagement
- A motivated, detail-oriented, and persistent work approach
Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits
The position provides a base salary range of €36,400 to €54,600 per year, adjusted based on experience, skills, and location. Candidates may also qualify for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, and stock grants. Further details regarding benefits will be shared during the recruitment process.
