Job description
About JustTip
JustTip is an innovative digital platform designed to streamline tipping, payments, and tax management specifically for hospitality businesses and their payment providers. It addresses the rising challenges of gratuity management in a cashless environment governed by new regulations across the EU and UK. These laws require full transparency and legal compliance in handling tips and service charges, with potential penalties of up to £5,000 per employee for non-compliance. Our solution automates the entire process of collecting, distributing, and reporting tips and service charges, thereby minimizing payroll tax risks, ensuring adherence to legal standards, and enhancing employee retention.
Currently, JustTip boasts a remarkable 380% year-on-year growth and supports more than 18,000 employees across upwards of 750 businesses. We are actively integrating with payment systems via our partners to capitalize on a rapidly evolving £63 billion tipping market influenced heavily by regulation and the shift to digital payments. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) based in London to help expand our presence across the UK and Europe.
