Role Summary
The Business Development Representative, reporting to the Global Business Development Manager, will focus on generating new business opportunities to support our sales team. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, delivering excellent customer service to prospects, and coordinating with sales representatives to maximize revenue growth. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and potential advancement into quota-carrying account executive or account management positions within our expanding tech sales division.
Typical Responsibilities
- Learn and implement validated strategies to create new sales leads.
- Analyze target accounts by mapping organizational structures, key personnel, and existing technology usage.
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries within designated timelines.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of engaged prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM software to systematically prospect within assigned geographic territories.
Candidate Profile
- Strong motivation to excel and develop a career in technology sales.
- Excellent written communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Genuine curiosity and eagerness for self-improvement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly assimilate knowledge of unfamiliar technologies, including customer relationship management (CRM), applicant tracking, and marketing automation systems.

Work Arrangement
This role operates on a hybrid model, requiring a minimum presence of three days per week in our London office.
