About the Role
Procore Technologies is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its highly effective sales team in Dublin. As a vital pillar of the corporate sales framework, the Sales Development group has driven substantial growth across EMEA. This role offers an opportunity to develop foundational expertise in business-to-business sales and gain deep insight into the expansive construction industry, showcasing how Procore’s platform transforms one of the world’s largest sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and cultivate high-quality new business prospects to broaden Procore's market presence within the territory.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, planning target accounts and call strategies as a strategic duo, sharing aligned monthly sales objectives.
- Engage construction-sector professionals through structured outreach such as phone calls, emails, and social media campaigns to understand workflow challenges and uncover potential solutions.
- Manage daily high-volume tasks including research on accounts prior to outreach, frequent prospecting activities, and diligent follow-ups to nurture prospective leads.
- Display autonomy by proposing improvements to outbound strategies, contributing new campaign ideas, and participating actively in training sessions.
- Maintain precise records of leads, opportunities, and account histories within Salesforce.com, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in fast-paced software, SaaS, or high-volume customer-facing sales environments.
- An entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated through running university societies, side projects, or independent ventures.
- Experience or strong interest in construction, engineering, or property development sectors.
- Proven success in achieving targets, reflected in previous sales roles, competitive sports, or academic accomplishments.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent life and career experience.

Compensation Details:
- Base salary ranges between 37,520 and 51,590 EUR annually.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) between 53,600 and 73,700 EUR annually.
- The role may include eligibility for equity participation and/or incentive bonuses based on job-related qualifications and location.
Minimum education
