Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join a rapidly expanding global business services company in Downtown Toronto. This company specializes in assisting thousands of businesses with HR, Employment Law, and Health & Safety compliance. This position offers the chance to develop a rewarding sales career by actively engaging with small and medium-sized businesses through outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outreaches to potential clients via outbound cold calling focused on small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Create meaningful appointments and sales prospects for the business development team.
- Maintain and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Recognize client requirements and clearly communicate the benefits of the organization's services.
- Meet and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with a talented sales team while continuously enhancing skills through coaching and training.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound B2B sales roles such as SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Telesales.
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and engaging with business decision-makers.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport over the phone with confidence and a personable manner.
- Resilient and competitive mindset focused on consistently exceeding goals.
- Motivated by uncapped earning potential and goal achievement.
- Coachability, a positive outlook, and eagerness to advance a sales career.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $50,000 annually.
- Uncapped commission structure encouraging high earning potential.
- Expected total compensation between $76,000 and $100,000+ per year.
