Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our London Farringdon office as Entry-Level Business Development Representatives in a dynamic recruitment environment. This full-time position starts in January 2026 with a base salary of £27,000 and offers uncapped commission, enabling top performers to earn over £100,000 in their first year. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and development programs will be provided to support your success, including the opportunity for promotion within 6 months if targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted business partner.
• Identify and engage top-tier talent within specialist markets, particularly Finance Systems recruitment.
• Negotiate offers and close deals effectively with both clients and candidates.
• Build expertise in your specialist sector and enhance your personal brand.
