Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative at Info-Tech Research Group, you will be the key driver in generating and qualifying leads that fuel our sales pipeline. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational sales skills in a high-energy, results-driven environment and form a stepping stone toward gaining greater responsibilities and managing your own territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads from marketing efforts.
- Create sales opportunities by arranging meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Coordinate sales presentations for Senior Account Executives.
- Utilize training and coaching provided by sales leadership to secure qualified appointments with confidence.
- Build foundational sales expertise to prepare for career advancement within the sales function.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective engagement across all organization levels.
- Strong active listening capabilities to foster understanding and rapport with prospects.

- Preferred minimum one year experience in customer service, retail, or comparable professional roles.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- Language skills are a plus, especially German, but also other European languages such as Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian; however, these are not mandatory.
Working Conditions
This role requires on-site presence four days per week at the office located within the WeWork facility near Waterloo Station in London.
