Role Overview
The position of Business Development Manager – Sales is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving sales growth and managing client relationships within Jeddah and the surrounding region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage in B2B sales activities and promote the RezLive.com platform to generate sales and strengthen product positioning.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects and partnerships for RezLive.com.
- Deliver support and conduct training sessions for both existing and prospective clients on the RezLive.com platform.
- Generate new sales leads and work towards expanding business opportunities.
- Manage sales of travel-related services specifically targeting travel agents.
- Follow up on quotations and inquiries received from travel agencies.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships while acquiring new clients to accelerate business growth.
- Coordinate pre-sales requirements with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 2 to 6 years of professional experience within the travel industry.
- Proficiency in English and the local language, with strong reading and speaking abilities.
- Familiarity with the local travel trade market is essential.
- Demonstrated experience selling outbound travel destinations.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office, email communication, and internet usage.
- Good knowledge of regional destinations, agents, and hotels.
- Preference will be given to candidates with outbound travel agency background and IATA certification.
