We are seeking a Business Development Manager experienced in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector who desires a position where their performance directly correlates with their earning potential through uncapped commissions. This is a true new business acquisition role within a well-established Australian-owned MSP that provides managed IT support, networks, cybersecurity, VoIP, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

The organization has offices in Melbourne and Sydney, supporting small to medium-sized enterprises as well as larger enterprise and government clients. There is ongoing investment in advanced CRM platforms and other tools to aid the sales process, enabling the successful candidate to take full ownership of the sales activities and develop a robust and sustainable sales pipeline from the start.

This position requires someone comfortable with autonomy and equipped with commercial acuity to identify early quick wins.
