About the Role
Novum Insight Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking driven and motivated professionals for the position of Business Development Partner (Field Sales) based in Delhi-Mohan State. This role focuses on expanding business by identifying and onboarding new merchant partners and customer acquisition through direct market engagement.
Key Job Duties
- Conduct field sales activities and merchant acquisition to grow client base.
- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with business partners to foster expansion.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales objectives by executing daily market visits and outreach.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of a graduate degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B field sales, business development, or merchant acquisition roles.
- Applicants from all B2B sectors are eligible.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Must possess a personal two-wheeler along with a valid driving license, plus own a laptop and smartphone for work purposes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed annual CTC in the range of ₹500,000 to ₹550,000.
- Performance-driven sales incentives up to ₹250,000 per year.
- Annual petrol allowance of ₹60,000 to support travel expenses.
