Job Overview
This role functions as a Team Leader under the payroll of ICICI Life, leading efforts in business growth through recruiting and managing adviser teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire and onboard new advisers to expand the sales network.
- Drive business growth via the adviser team.
- Direct and supervise advisers to maximize performance.
- Inspire team members to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Offer ongoing training and mentorship to improve skills and outcomes.
Applicant Criteria
