Position Overview
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Branch Sales Manager for its Ajmer, Rajasthan location. This role involves leading a team of advisers to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives. The position offers a fixed annual compensation of INR 3.45 lakhs plus performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting and onboarding sales advisers to build a robust team.
- Generating new business opportunities through advisers.
- Leading and managing the advisers team to ensure targets are met.
- Motivating the team to consistently reach sales goals.
- Providing comprehensive training and ongoing guidance to advisers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Age between 21 and 42 years.
