Overview
EPAM Systems seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to enhance growth within its Dublin-based sales team, operating primarily onsite with a hybrid approach. This role mandates close collaboration with Consulting, Marketing, Alliances, Delivery teams, and regional partners to boost business unit expansion.
Role and Responsibilities
- Promote Digital Transformation solutions using consultative sales methods to achieve revenue objectives.
- Lead IT-related sales and marketing initiatives within the local region while sharing insights across other regions.
- Manage and update a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within the client portfolio.
- Supervise development of value propositions, sales strategies, and responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs by coordinating between business units, sales, partners, and executives.
- Collaborate internally to craft and deliver compelling product messaging emphasizing EPAM's value as a trusted systems integrator.
- Initiate and execute joint marketing campaigns alongside the marketing division.
Qualifications and Skills
- Over 8 years of experience in selling customized digital technology services.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dublin market with a strong, actionable network in sectors like gaming, retail, consumer goods, travel, or technology.
- Proven success in identifying and securing new business deals.
- Experience working with third-party partners to develop combined offerings and co-selling opportunities.
- Strong awareness of global digital trends, excellent client management aptitude, persuasive communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficient in solutions selling and skilled in fostering and sustaining client and internal partnerships.
- Exceptional verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal communication skills across teams.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
