Business Development Intern – Home Loans

About the Opportunity

Muthoot Homefin (India) Ltd. is seeking fresh graduates for a paid internship program focused on business development within the home loans segment. This role offers exposure to banking, finance, and sales in a dynamic environment across multiple locations in India, adapting as per regional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects related to home loans.
• Engage customers to understand and fulfill their home loan needs.
• Generate leads and acquire new clients.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct field visits and assist in market expansion activities.
• Gain practical knowledge in banking, financial products, and business development processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates or freshers from B.Com, BBA, BA, or BMS streams, including those graduating in 2024 onward.
• Students currently in their final year of graduation who have completed at least the 5th semester.
• Participants enrolled in the Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program (AEDP).

Compensation and Growth

• Stipend of ₹14,000 per month for the initial 6 months.
• Stipend increased to ₹18,000 per month for the subsequent 6 months.
• Performance-linked incentives available after completing 3 months of internship.
• Upon successful completion of an 18-month period, potential promotion to Team Leader based on performance and eligibility.
