About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Central Developer proficient in AL language and related technologies to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer-focused applications built on 4PS Construct, our integrated ERP solution, by converting client needs into well-designed, innovative software.
Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate closely with consultants, testers, and clients to design reliable, future-ready solutions, applying Microsoft best practices and the latest Business Central technology. Responsibilities include participating in code reviews, automated testing, and sprint planning within an agile Scrum framework. You will also troubleshoot and resolve complex problems while driving ongoing improvements in code quality to support both product and team growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- More than 8 years of practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV development, with a focus on AL language.
- Strong skills in developing applications involving RDLC, Word, Excel reporting, API pages, SOAP/REST Web Services, XMLports, interfaces, and integration methods.
- Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps; experience in AL Test Automation and GitHub Co-pilot is advantageous.
- Knowledge of third-party products such as Continia Document Capture and Expense Management, Spindle, and Tasklet is a plus.
- Experience with vertical product development for Microsoft App Source and upgrading from NAV to Business Central is beneficial.
- Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- A strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the evolving Microsoft BC platform and tools.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a high level of ownership and responsibility.
