Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Engineer to join our client team in the Frankfurt area on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will actively shape and enhance the internal CRM environment while driving exciting integration projects forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Act as a technical specialist to support internal departments by analyzing their needs and translating these into tailored CRM solutions.
• Ensure the reliable operation of the central CRM architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead CRM projects from initial concept through to successful go-live.
• Develop plug-ins alongside traditional customization and manage complex data flows using Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Integrate third-party software and cloud services through standard interfaces like REST and SOAP.
• Promote effective use of the Microsoft Power Platform within the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, equivalent technical education, or relevant professional experience.
• Several years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE environments.
• Basic knowledge of C#.NET for developing minor plug-ins, with preferable familiarity with the Power Platform.
• Understanding of cloud interfaces, particularly Azure, and common CE tools.
• Fluent German language skills suitable for professional communication.
