Business Analysis Manager - Workforce Management and Payroll Systems

Role Overview

As the Business Analysis Manager, you will collaborate intimately with Global HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure that UKG and ADP platforms effectively support business objectives. This role centralizes management, enhancement, and growth of workforce management and payroll systems for current countries in production and future rollout projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of UKG and ADP functional areas to ensure alignment with corporate goals and operational requirements.
• Lead the strategic development of workforce management and payroll technologies, addressing support, feature enhancements, compliance, and expansion.
• Oversee platform roadmaps and initiate continuous improvement efforts by coordinating with cross-functional business and technical groups to deliver efficient and compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and external vendors to discover and implement process automation and optimization opportunities.
• Organize and prioritize system upgrades aligned with company priorities and available resources.
• Serve as the main contact bridging business units and technical teams for workforce and payroll initiatives.
• Support operational countries by resolving issues, conducting root cause analyses, delivering enhancements, and managing governance protocols.
• Provide functional expertise during the design, testing, and support transition phases for new country implementations.
• Work closely across the HR technology ecosystem including systems such as UKG, ADP, Workday, and their integrations.
• Assist in audit preparation, compliance adherence, and documentation maintenance.
• Produce comprehensive documentation covering requirements, configurations, testing, and operational workflows to ensure sustainable support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum eight years’ experience supporting HR, payroll, workforce management, or enterprise business systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise platforms in a live production environment, including governance, support, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives, influence various stakeholders, and guide cross-functional projects delivering scalable solutions.
• Experience with roadmap development, release coordination, and feature rollout management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with workforce management and payroll systems like UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, ADP GlobalView, or ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience in supporting global workforce, timekeeping, attendance, or payroll operations.
• Background supporting multi-country deployments and international business environments.
• Collaboration experience with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Experience working within regulated industries.

Compensation Details

• United Kingdom: Annual salary range from £59,900 to £99,800 GBP.
• Ireland: Annual salary range from €66,000 to €109,000 EUR.
• This position may offer additional incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
