Business Agency Manager

About the Role

Care Health Insurance Limited is looking for a Business Agency Manager to join their team in Bhubaneswar or Cuttack, focusing on the health insurance domain. This role is pivotal in building and managing an agency channel for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors and Health Planners to expand the team.
• Meet monthly targets for recruitment and advisor activation consistently.
• Lead the agency team to generate substantial business volumes.
• Provide training for advisors covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service approaches.
• Organize daily and weekly reviews on team activities and sales performance.
• Offer hands-on support by accompanying advisors on joint sales calls and field visits.
• Monitor key performance metrics including recruitment numbers, meetings, sales calls, logins, and gross written premium (GWP).
• Build and maintain a robust and motivated network of advisors.
• Ensure achievement of the branch or channel specific business targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses between 2 to 5 years or more of experience in sales or insurance fields.
• Demonstrates strong skills in recruitment and effective team management.
• Exhibits excellent communication abilities and capability to nurture relationships.
• Is target-driven and comfortable operating in field sales environments.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from ₹27,000 to ₹80,000.
