Job description
Role Overview
As a Burger King Supervisor at Applegreen located on the M1 Lusk Southbound, you will be instrumental in supporting everyday store operations. Your contributions will ensure the smooth functioning of the store while upholding Burger King policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the site manager in various administrative duties to enhance store performance.
- Help drive sales and meet sales objectives alongside the site manager.
- Lead and motivate the team by setting realistic targets and communicating effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Burger King's operational standards and company policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of at least one to two years of experience in a related supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Must have access to personal transportation due to location on a motorway site.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
