Factory Supervisor

About the Role

Manan Overseas Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Factory Supervisor for its Roop Mahal Rice processing facility located in Karala, Delhi. The role involves hands-on supervision of daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring operational excellence, adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes to ensure timely achievement of output goals.
• Lead and manage the factory operations team including handling attendance, shift planning, and maintaining discipline on the floor.
• Verify and maintain accurate records of loading and unloading of bags in delivery vehicles.
• Implement and uphold hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with FSSAI regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience in factories, warehouses, or processing units.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to successfully manage a team of workers.
• Competent in basic literacy and numeracy for effective record management.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Prior experience in rice or food processing is preferred.
